Terms of Use

Last updated Tuesday, October 13, 2026

Please read these terms before using the site or placing an order. By using the site you agree to them; if you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. Who we are

Israel Flower (israelflower.com) is operated by Fleur Aviv, Anastasiya Umarov, licensed dealer (osek murshe) no. 346928427, 66 Ma'apilei Egoz St, Tel Aviv, Israel.

Fleur Aviv is a florist in Tel Aviv. It makes every bouquet sold on this site and delivers it. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Fleur Aviv.

We may change these terms at any time. The current version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated. Orders are governed by the terms in force when they were placed.

You must be 18 or older, or have a parent’s or guardian’s permission, to place an order.

2. Orders

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is made when the payment is confirmed.
  • We may decline an order, for example when a bouquet or its flowers are not available or the address is outside our delivery area. If we decline an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.
  • You do not need an account to order. We ask only for what we need to make and deliver the bouquet and to reach you about it.
  • Please check the recipient’s details. We are not responsible for a delivery that fails because the name, address or phone number given was wrong.

3. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in US dollars. They are set in shekels and converted at the day’s exchange rate, so a price can change slightly from one day to the next. The price you pay is the one shown when you place the order.
  • Delivery is charged on top of the bouquet and shown with the total before you pay. The current delivery price is on the delivery page.
  • Payment is made by card through AllPay, an Israeli payment provider. Card details are entered on AllPay’s secure form and are never sent to or stored by us.
  • If a payment is processed in shekels, your bank may apply its own exchange rate and fees.
  • Coupon codes apply only on their stated terms, one per order, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Delivery

  • We deliver to Tel Aviv, Ramat Gan, Kiryat Ono, Petah Tikva, Holon, Bat Yam, Azur, Rishon LeZion, Rehovot, Lod, Ramat HaSharon, Herzliya, Ra'anana, Kfar Saba, Netanya, Haifa.
  • We do not deliver on Shabbat (from Friday at sundown until Saturday night) or on the festival days of Jewish holidays. See the delivery calendar.
  • We deliver on the date you choose. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as road closures, security situations or severe weather; if a delivery cannot be made on the chosen date, we will contact you to arrange another date or a refund.
  • If the recipient cannot be reached at the address, the courier will try their phone number.

5. Cancellations, refunds and complaints

  • You can cancel an order free of charge until we start preparing it. To cancel, email ceo@israelflower.com with your order number.
  • Flowers are perishable, so once a bouquet has been prepared or delivered, an order cannot be cancelled or returned, except as set out below. This does not limit any right you have under Israeli consumer protection law.
  • If a bouquet arrives damaged or clearly different from what was ordered, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at ceo@israelflower.com, with a photo if you can. We will replace it or refund it.
  • Refunds are made to the card used for the order.

6. Bouquets and photos

Each bouquet is made by hand, so individual flowers may vary slightly with the season while keeping the look and colors shown.

We make every effort to keep descriptions and prices accurate, but the site may contain errors. If a price was shown in error, we will contact you before making the bouquet and you may cancel for a full refund.

7. Liability

The site and its content are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for interruptions or technical errors on the site, or for the actions of third parties that affect it. Our liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for it.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the site, including text, photos and logos, belongs to Fleur Aviv or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not copy, distribute or use it without our written permission.

9. Personal data

How we use your personal data is set out in our privacy policy and cookie policy.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. We will first try to resolve any dispute by agreement; if that is not possible, the courts of Tel Aviv have exclusive jurisdiction.
