Privacy Policy

Last updated Tuesday, October 13, 2026

We respect your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use, store and protect it, and the rights you have.

1. Who is responsible

Israel Flower (israelflower.com) is operated by Fleur Aviv, Anastasiya Umarov, licensed dealer (osek murshe) no. 346928427, 66 Ma'apilei Egoz St, Tel Aviv, Israel. Fleur Aviv is responsible for the personal data described here. By using the site and placing orders you agree to this policy.

2. What we collect

  • Your details: name, email address and, if you give it, phone number.
  • The recipient’s details: name, phone number and delivery address, and any notes for the courier.
  • Your order: the bouquet, delivery date, card message, price and any coupon used.
  • Payment: the result of the payment (paid or not). Card details are entered on AllPay’s secure form and are never sent to or stored by us.
  • If you ask for holiday reminders (at checkout or in the signup form), your email address and when you agreed. We email you only if you agreed, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Reviews you choose to give us, which we publish only with your first name and last initial.
  • If an AI assistant places an order for you, the same order details, sent to us by the assistant. How the assistant itself handles your data is governed by its own terms.
  • Technical data: like any website, our hosting provider records IP addresses and pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.
  • Visit statistics: Vercel Web Analytics counts page views without cookies, to show us which pages are used. It does not identify you.

3. How we use it

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use the recipient’s details for anything other than their delivery.

  • To make and deliver your order, and to contact you or the recipient about it.
  • To take payment and to keep the records the law requires.
  • To send holiday reminders and news of new bouquets, only if you asked for them.
  • To ask you, after your order is paid, to review it on Trustpilot.
  • To prevent fraud and keep the site secure.
  • To improve the site and our service.

4. Who we share it with

Only with the services needed to run the shop, each of which must protect it:

  • Our florists and couriers, to make and deliver the order.
  • AllPay, to process payments.
  • Supabase and Vercel, which host the site and its database (servers in the United States).
  • Cloudinary, which stores and serves bouquet photos.
  • Telegram, which delivers new orders to our florists.
  • Trustpilot, which emails you one invitation to review your order (your name, email address and order number).
  • Public authorities, where the law requires it.

5. Where it is kept and for how long

Your data is stored on secure servers, some of them outside Israel, protected by encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access limited to the people who need it. We keep order records for as long as the law requires for business and tax records, and other data no longer than needed for the purposes above.

6. Your rights

Under Israel’s Privacy Protection Law you may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted where we are not required to keep it. To do so, or to withdraw your consent, email ceo@israelflower.com.

7. Cookies

See our cookie policy. In short: we do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Changes are published on this page with a new date.
